Great article, thanks!

I’ve been using the microwave to make my eggs in the morning for over 2 years, my cooking at work options are limited. I do one egg, and a half cup of liquid egg whites. Crack the egg in the glass bowl, poke the yolk with a fork so it doesn’t explode, add the egg whites. You can mix them up completely if you want, but

I have had 5 cats in my lifetime so far. All of them have been declawed in the front only. I think it would be absolutely cruel to take off the rear as well - they can’t scratch themselves. They have all lived to a healthy 16+ years each. Well the 2 most recent ones are under 10, but you get the picture.

Go to Settings - Language and Input. Select your keyboard (mine is the second listing on my phone), turn off Word Suggestions. Good luck!

If you are an avid book reader, the e-ink display is much easier on the eyes than a LCD (or AMOLED or whatever). I used to be in the same boat as you, but after an hour or so of reading on a tablet display with an LCD screen, my eyes would fatigue. I purchased a Kindle off Craigslist, and I find it much easier to read

I can’t say a lot about some of the others, but I have used the ViSalus shake for over 3 years (2x a day). In that time I have lost 155 lbs, and my wife has lost 145 lbs in the same time. To say it’s saved our lives is an understatement.

If you smell something fishy, you probably need these wipes.

I don’t know if I agree with everything written here. I have upped my water intake over the last month or so to 1.5 gallons minimum a day (was doing a gallon before). I changed NOTHING else during that time, and the weight has been dropping off very easily. I do a trainer recommended diet, so that hasn’t changed in

While working on making a first aid kit to keep in the car, I ran across the Red Cross website for what to put in it. Seems like a good guideline to follow. http://www.redcross.org/prepare/locati…

I was wondering this exact thing. With 2 step authentication, it makes it much more difficult from any “foreign” device. I set up a special Google account to track my wife’s phone and my phone, and it should work flawlessly in case one of us looses our phone. Hopefully the chances of both of us losing our phones is

One way to test if a site can withstand heavy traffic. Post it on lifehacker :)

I use MyFitnessPal to track all my food intake and exercise. It has really put things in perspective, and helps me stay on track. You put in a goal weight, how much you would like to lose each week, and it does the math for you. Pretty slick. I am not saying that MyFitnessPal is perfect, but it works for me.

Off topic. Where is the picture with LED numbers with tubes taken from? It looks really familiar, but can't place it.

Find a good reliable friend to go walk/jog/run with you. It'll help you be less conscious of whatever is around you, and it will hold you accountable as well. I have also found that my mental block was just that, a mental block. Going to the gym when you are 350+ lbs is no fun, and you think everyone is staring at you

I was wondering the same thing about the foam cartons. After a proper (although gentle) cleaning to wash any egg goo off, I would think it'd be a great way to make ice. 18 large-ish cubes would go a heck of a long way.

Our family did the same thing for ADM. Works perfect! No more worrying about and calling the family "Where are you, and when are you going to be home?" Now I just fire up ADM, see where they are, and all is well.

I suppose I don't understand how 2 factor authentication is too tedious for everyday tasks. Just yesterday, I got a new phone. Before I went to the store to get it, I set up a device password just for that in my Google Security settings, and used that password when I got the phone, and it's been fine since then.

I like the service just as it is right now. We ported our home number to GV 2 years ago, and haven't looked back. We had that number for 10+ years and 2 home moves. We were in the process of ditching the line completely, but it was constantly coming up for rewards programs, etc. I found out that you can go home line
