It depends on which 0.2 seconds. Taking a base civic from 19.0s to 18.8 can be done by just removing seats and putting bald tires on the back, but to get that same civic to go 18.6 takes more work.

Sarcasm aside, I’m honestly confused at times by this. I want there to be more women in the tech (and automotive) sectors, and I think the change is good for all of us.
