Given that there was no mention of the mother’s age it could certainly fall into the category of an elderly person not driving any more at all, not just that particular car.

My first thought:

GTI is too fast for a teenage driver unless they’re exceptionally responsible.

Agreed; while I like the paint, it doesn’t look to be the original color...top that off with Rhinolining the floor (great if they sandblasted first, but it’s probably hiding rust), non-original seats, and no pics with the top up make me think the seller’s hiding something; not to mention the engine compartment should

That’s a $3k Jeep that someone is asking $8k for.

Wait those seats look like vinyl. He reupholstered the denim seats in another material? The hell is wrong with this country

It it was a properly sorted example and didn’t need “tinkering” to get it above 60mph I would say NP.  But knowing there could be bigger issues from the start is not worth $9500.  Sorry

That Onyx package in Green looks just right.

It still has less power than a decade old Chrysler Sebring.

After Rockland County’s ban, anti-vaccination activists likened the public health measures to the Nazi persecution of Jews that included forcing them to wear yellow stars.

Of course it is possible for children, even those who are not immunocompromised, to die from complications of the measles. But not that many.”

Refutation of point 1:

A child’s vaccination records are usually processed when they apply for admission into kindergarten. That’d be an easy check, right there—no vaccination, no public school.

Beyond that, vaccination records are kept on file at the hospital that performs them, and in a portable patient file that transfers with the patient

That made me legit snort laugh. Take your star

So it used to have mirrors?

It’s not really a “low-hassle” experience though. I honestly felt our local Carmax was worse about their aggressive tactics than most other dealers around.

Hail fellow tri-pedal wagon driver!

The 2.0T Accord Sport has pretty much everything you could want, minus leather. The 1.5T leaves a lot of stuff off (Sirius radio, moonroof, BLIS, etc) but it’s possible, with the Accord at least, to combine well equipped + manual.

nice to see it’s on the sport trim, I think if more manufacturers started offering manuals on the sport trim, or at least on something other than the stripper base model that nobody would buy anyway even if it did have a slushbox, they’d see more manual sales. Now they just need to put a manual in the Camry SE

Bravo Kristen! Great piece here. This is possibly what the world needs; regular people are required to help save manuals.
