Ah, I see. I found from googling that episode was from Season 7, which makes sense because I only started watching the show again in Season 8.

I don't know when Raj would have talked about dating multiple women, but you're right that it's basically the same as Howard talking endlessly about going into space.

I agree with everything in this review. Now, is anyone going to find fault with me saying that Stuart saying the closest he ever got to dating 2 women is 1 woman is another example of the writers not paying attention to continuity because Stuart went to the prom with Howard's cousin while he was clearly dating another

You remind me of an old political cartoon about Bill Clinton: "I'm not a pathological liar, I'm a PATHOLOGICAL LAWYER!"

There's a point where reasonable doubt comes into play and I find it hard to believe that either of those 2 instances result in an arrest.
Penny and Leonard had a similar storyline in "The Fortification Implementation" and it didn't go anywhere either.
Did you at least agree that the Howard and Raj storyline was

Just because no one categorically said he was arrested doesn't mean he wasn't. Also I'm pretty sure he would have been arrested for running into Stan Lee's house at any rate. Trespassing is a crime.
But this was just a lackluster forgettable episode in any case. Penny and Leonard's problems are worthless and don't get

Yes. Sheldon was arrested for contempt of court because he insulted a judge in traffic court in "The Excelsior Acquisition". Presumably he was arrested even later in the episode after Stan Lee called the police on him for trespassing. Which Penny knows about, so this is another case of the writers not caring about the

I agree with this review. This was a surprisingly somber and contemplative episode, much like The Champagne Reflection. Gone are the days when we complained that having a female Sheldon to play opposite him went against the principle of comedy. Amy and Sheldon's relationship has put the others to shame. But at least

Lily Bell on Hell on Wheels. She was the only character on that literal train wreck of a show that I both respected and admired and truly wanted to live to see the end - I might say her character is the only thing that kept me going for 2 seasons.

I'm surprised "Balooest of the Blue-Bloods" wasn't the banned episode of TaleSpin. That's the one that gave me nightmares for years.

Dear A.V. Club moderators,
Thank you for pleasing me so much. I railed against the evils of human nature and you responded by committing some in the manner I described just to back me up. How very gratifying!

Yeah, I had a feeling some people were going to appropriate that for The Big Bang Theory. My brother doesn't like it or watch it anymore. I watched the show on and off for most of the show's history, and I don't know if it was ever BRILLIANT, but having seen every episode this season I think the quality has gone down.

This episode was fairly well done, though. There were a few funny lines, mostly the ones quoted here such as the Smallville joke, but mostly just to set up an exciting Season 9 premiere.

Perhaps because it's horribly illegal (public indecency, disorderly contact, perhaps even trespassing, and not to mention any number of other violations).

Thank you for finally uploading this review. A lot of people might not, but I for one enjoy and appreciate sitcom analysis. Keep up the good work.

Seconded. I have been waiting very patiently, but I find it strange that it has not been posted a day later.

True. That was definitely my favorite part. It's always refreshing to see some of the genuine intelligent "nerd" humor on the show. I can't understand it, but it's still nice to get some reminder that these are professional scientists instead of random geeks.

I still disagree with you about The Focus Attenuation, Kyle. As far as I'm concerned, this was just a poorly written, rather unfunny version of that episode and many other episodes like it.

So what? What are you even trying to imply? Everyone else on the Internet is an asshole, so that means you should be, too? You're pathetic. If you've been bullied you should strive to be better than those people, not move it onto other victims instead. Absolutely mindbending I'm sure.

Thank you for admitting you're a cowardly Internet troll and aren't worth thinking about.
