I recently went to a mall and it was one of the most depressing things I've done voluntarily. There's just this sense of incredible desperation when they see someone who is not a 55 year old woman walking in laps or a 15 year old who doesn't have better options.

The brothers are super progressive (especially in the last three years). They try to get it right, and when they don't, they don't make excuses or ignore people, they apologize and try to do better.
