Ditto for me with Vice City. Still hooking up the PS2 to the old Sony WEGA in the corner to sandbox VC. Shooting, jacking, jumping, flying, exploring, and just plain old listening to the radio.

I think you said it. He's a hunter.
I can appreciate the commitment and focus it takes to orient your life around one particular thing so completely—especially something that doesn’t win you points with most of society.
IKR? He’s got a cert that neither of us has... and although neither of us would hunt just for that prize, there’s still effort in skill buried there.
Aww you’re so jealous/butthurt lol
Not sure what issue you can take with a guy like Warren Buffet, as a guy who has always supported liberal causes, donates virtually all of his fortune, and advocates (and gives money for) greater taxation on himself.
I miss the 3D as well. Even though I wouldn’t use it on full, for 100% of the time I played a game, I enjoyed the depth it gave to some really great art backgrounds on some games. I think it was on Layton’s Mystery Journal that I lamented how much more brilliant London could look with the effect.
I know that name.... I fear the upcoming sticky caps....
One day it shall come again without needing a fan translation group.

OMG I just had a gut reaction and thought Sega announced a mobile Dreamcast and then thought “oh hell they are gonna get sued because that looks a lot like the Switch”. I cried a little once I realized the truth.
I never really thought much about the Dreamcast until it had all but vanished. By then, it had become a minor…
I’m really enjoying my time with Odyssey too(about 16ish hours in) but I’m hoping to have it wrapped up in 3 weeks because even though this is a fun and good game, RDR2 is going to decimate everything about it and I want it out of the way because there will be no going back to a game like Odyssey after RDR2.
Yeah right.
All you had to do was look for the damn buggy CJ
IMO you have it backwards there - the game was so bland and repetitive because it was designed for motion control. They could certainly have done something interesting with that setup. It’s just hamstrung by the terrible Wiimote, built on a foundation of quicksand.
Yes, but that was a design decision they made - not to design for useful controls at all. They could have done so, but didn’t. I know, that would have ‘compromised’ the motion control design, but no big loss since the motion control is terrible. Prey being the other obvious example.
I’m the same, but for PC. I’ve got high light/power characters on Xbox and PS4, but started the game on pc (4k60fps Ultra was too tempting). Started off with a Hunter yet again haha. The grind is real right now, but hey, at least I get to compare. It seriously looks like an entirely different game...
still doing monster hunter stories. that cat they saddle you with makes me want to take a chainsaw to him, ad the story is dumb, (as with most monster collecting games)but the monster designs are so much better than pokemon/digimon, since they didn’t have to be cute. that it really works out. any game that lets me…
