All you had to do was look for the damn buggy CJ

IMO you have it backwards there - the game was so bland and repetitive because it was designed for motion control. They could certainly have done something interesting with that setup. It’s just hamstrung by the terrible Wiimote, built on a foundation of quicksand.

Yes, but that was a design decision they made - not to design for useful controls at all. They could have done so, but didn’t. I know, that would have ‘compromised’ the motion control design, but no big loss since the motion control is terrible.  Prey being the other obvious example.

I’m the same, but for PC. I’ve got high light/power characters on Xbox and PS4, but started the game on pc (4k60fps Ultra was too tempting).  Started off with a Hunter yet again haha.  The grind is real right now, but hey, at least I get to compare. It seriously looks like an entirely different game...

still doing monster hunter stories. that cat they saddle you with makes me want to take a chainsaw to him, ad the story is dumb, (as with most monster collecting games)but the monster designs are so much better than pokemon/digimon, since they didn’t have to be cute. that it really works out. any game that lets me

There were also this Shadow of the Tomb Raider xbox one x for the Best Friends Animal Society charity. It sold for over $8500 I think.

First glance I assumed it was a D.VA console.

old, very popular youtube channel. they used to be the most subscribed channel in ~2012 until they were passed by pewdiepie

A Youtube channel.

LOL was this Seung??

They don’t intend to remake the entire game, what they released is it. Just the first chapter of the game as a walking simulator.

As a solo player, I haven’t been enjoying the dreaming city.

Coming from a Shenmue fan I agree.

However I also see how newcomers can be easily turned off. The English VO’s are really bad but thankfully the Japanese ones are good despite the low quality. The other issue is that Shenmue 1 is very slow compared to 2. 1 has no time skip and requires a lot to get used to. 2 fixes

I’m agreeing with you. Personally I feel for a game that’s 18 years old, I feel they’ve aged better than most games.  There are places you can see the age, but, they’re still strong, and they’re still my all time favourite games.

Personally, I was playing the heck out of the game and really enjoying it. Then with the previous expansion and Forsaken they upped the grind considerably. I didn’t even get to finish everything in the last expansion, and I wasn’t going to be able to before Forsaken. Then they amped up the grind even more. I quit

“Why Destiny 2 Embraced Its Most Hardcore Players”

legendary indeed. too many classic titles to even start naming them .

I might be in the minority on this, and maybe it’s just my age, but I really think gaming peaked in a lot of ways with the PS2. It was the first generation to offer online play, but there were still so many great games that weren’t dependent on that or DLC to enjoy that you can still pick up and play them 10-15 years

Phantasy Star Online. So, clearly the best console.

Phantasy Star Online to this day is one of my favorite games ever
