Well, this is a nice little surprise. RE4 has been such an obscure release, barely getting any attention or love over the years. I’m glad Capcom is finally giving this largely ignored-and-forgotten gem a chance to shine! It’s about time.

I agree with what Miyamoto said, especially when the company’s motto is using off-the-shelf components to create a new experience. That’s what I appreciate about Nintendo, you KNOW that their games are going to run amazing most of the time, without a need to download a patch. Of course, there are a few exceptions, but…

The NX could be a mind-blowing system, but ultimately whether or not they attract 3rd party developers probably depends on whether they switch to x86 architecture for it and make it much easier on those developers to port games.
