There is literally no downside to this. Windows will now be Xbox games and Xbox games will now be Windows games. More games is always better. Why would anyone argue against getting more games and having more choice of where and how to play them. Can’t afford the latest and greatest hardware? MS has you covered, buy a

It’s even worse that Dark Zone rank up and currency is required to buy good stuff, and the grind is slow, even slower when you are killed since you (very annoying) lose experience and money, even more salt to the wound when you’re killed by people who are just bored.

Isn’t it already SURVIVAL when you go into the dark zone alone (sometimes your friends just aren't available) and other dudes are in there constantly on manhunt status due to murdering every player they see?

It seemed like the entire first half of that trailer was dudes reloading. Reloading is me least favorite part of a good shooter. Why would they highlight all of that reloading?

This is it, 100%. They’ve basically got a trojan horse to intro PS4/PC users to the Xbox community, and are giving console players (people who don’t have a PC) a compelling reason to own an Xbox (your playerbase is potentially going to explode).

I mean it makes sense... they really haven’t been able to catch Sony in raw console sales, and since the architecture of the Xbone is extremely similar to a PC and wouldn’t require much effort to port games, walling off the Xbone library only really ensures that they’re not selling as many copies of games as they

I think it’s a good idea. It gives developers an opportunity to simplify their development. They can optimize for a few set hardware profiles (e.g. the Xboxes) and allow scalable specs for the portion of the audience who’s willing to shell out for high end PC specs. It also gives them an excuse to keep refreshing the

Nope.

This is so freaking amazing.

It’s probably gonna be like Rocket League. There’s the option to allow crossplay, but you can turn it off if you want.

Serious Sam is getting a VR game. It’s coming to Steam Early Access this summer, and it’s about shooting everything that moves. Finally, a killer app for VR. (Sorry, it’s early and I can’t do jokes yet.)

Good luck with that. EAWare broke their base with Mass Effect 3 and a huge part of the wonder died along with it even for the fans who remained. The biggest part of the wonder of that first game was “How are my choices going to impact the story going forward?”, the second game, while the best in the series, taught us

I won't say I agree, but I will say that you're not wrong either.

For real, thanks everyone for reading and for the support, every time one of you says something nice about the site or our work it means a lot. Probably more than you think. Special thanks to everyone who has tweeted at me about Suikoden 2. <3 <3 <3

Nope, we’re selling TAY to Nabisco.

That’s right, as long as the post office doesn’t screw up the deliver, you can still expect tomorrow’s Ecto Cooler review. Thanks for reading!

Thanks to everyone who keeps reading and supporting Kotaku. We love you all.
