I have a soft spot for this hideously lovely beast:

It wasn’t a goodyear for the driver at least he didn’t get his hankooked from the explosion

Oh god. Please let people be taught history again. WW II ended in 1945. We won. The bad guys were the Germans. The Germans built the BMW. They built it in 1956 when they were becoming the good guys. Elvis was a singer and guitarist who also danced and shot TVs. So much to teach; so little time.

Nice try but we don't believe you

Nice Sentra.

Exactly. People don’t pay attention when the system is on and if for whatever reason it shuts off and they need to take control, they’re often either not prepared to do so, or they panic and make things even worse.

Semi-Autonomous is really the worst of both worlds. I’ll happily have a fully autonomous vehicle someday but having something that can only do 98% of the job and then I have to be prepared to somehow snap back to attention, asses the situation, decide what to do, execute, for the 2% of the time when it can’t do the

Yeah, no complaints with the engine block at all. I mean, I’m currently replacing the window actuators and I did the clutch, starter, the a/c unit and a few other bits and bobs in the last few years. And yeah. But I still love the car, I imagine you feel the same. Same mileage too! we can be mileage buddies.

I’d take my 12 year old cousin with muscular dystrophy over a Powerstroke

ill take the 34hp v6... all the looks none of the speeding tickets... sweet :)

...or the lugs sheered off cause, negative camber yo.

Well in that case, stance on!

They care because such a visible display of success highlights their own lack of success.

There’s a market for it or Boeing wouldn’t bother designing it so what’s the problem? They sell a few more Dreamliners, someone gets their pimped out air pad, and Boeing’s workers get 1 more tick mark in the job security column.

At least it is wasted legitimately instead of illegitimately.

Spoiler Alert: They died.

All good points. I’ll add that in addition to those reasons I ordered my 2015 F-150 in 5.0 also because Ford pumps in fake engine sounds with the 3.5 Ecoboost. Lame.

I have a 2011 5.0 F-150. Ecoboost was an option but the simplicity and proven tech of a V-8 sold me. I love that turbos offer efficiency and power along with impressive economy however for the everyday guy like me I prefer a non turbo engine. . My cousin owns the 2.7l? Turbo in his F-150. Impressive to drive and great
