My back finally has gotten to the point I needed an auto, but I love the GTI. So I traded it in for a new Mk7.5. And still…

As a rule: Coupes that are derived from sedans look shit. Just like convertibles derived from coupes look shit. If it’s built from the ground up to be a coupe or convertible, then the opposite rings true.

Live in the mountains, drove Mustangs for 8 years with proper winter tires and grew to hate it. Never got stuck, but it becomes a chore. Drive a GTI now and it’s amazing how much more enjoyable winter driving is.
But everything else is that tall as well anymore.
