Lorraine asking her lawyer to slap her son for her over the phone has me wanting Jennifer Jason Leigh to play a live-action Mom from Futurama.

The scene when Dot dropped the “Aw, Jeez” accent with her MIL is when I really got excited.

Let’s not forget this, either. A nice inversion of Loki’s first appearance in the comics.

I do love a good melancholy ending.

Yet looking at this you could basically never see Kang again and it would be fine.

That might have been my favorite hour of filmed Marvel content ever. It was just so wonderful on all levels. And this recap nicely summed up why.

The mechanics and logic of all the time stuff breaks my brain the more I think about it so I just choose to enjoy the ride and not dive deep on it. And what a ride it was. Great finale. The arc of Loki from when he first showed up in the MCU up until now is arguably the best character arc in the entire universe so

Now that was a damn good finale.

Thank you. There is no reason to recast Majors and mess up their “plan.” Did he witness Feige kill a guy or something? Just recast, you have a clear opening.

Holt should become Marvel’s main composer. Like, how are they not signing her right now for all major films?

Loki may not be my favorite MCU character, but his character arc, is by far my favorite. By a wide margin too, it’s not even close. From being the first big-Big Bad of the MCU to being arguably it’s most selfless “hero” at the end(for all time. always). Hiddleston nailed it every time. The exhaustion, the realization

You gotta set the tone

Who is it even for? I’ve been reading Marvel for decades and I’ve never even heard of them. You would have had to literally be reading exactly in 1991 to even encounter them.

Yeah, it’s really odd. Seems like they could’ve just cribbed a villain from Nova or Silver Surfer if this were the only other option. Hell, toss in some momentarily hobbled Beyonder as set-up for Secret Wars or some other Starlin b-side character. The bench is really deep when you’ve already turned the freaking GOTG

It can’t be said enough: Ke Huy Quan is awesome.

As a fellow Canadian I also loved watching Starblazers every day (Mon-Fri) and enjoyed it’s serialized storytelling.

All I did during that ep was ask questions. So much stupid.

Beyond the Sea bothered me because it makes more sense to use the technology the other way around, but then there would be no story.

Yeah the reviewer’s preferences were pretty much the complete opposite of mine. my initial impressions.
