Except nobody saw either.

Also, Harcourt’s got guns.

James Gunn revealed that Alan Tudyk’s wife choreographed the dance number, and that Alan was John Cena’s stand-in during the shoot:

They should have had Fett tell a different story about how he escaped the Sarlacc Pit every episode, each one more outlandish than the last.

A four armed Kraken!  I thought the same thing.  Plus, it’s pretty obvious from Spy Kids 2 that Rodriguez is a huge Harryhausen fan, so it was a delight seeing him indulge again.  Just another grown up kid with the world’s best funded toy store to have fun in.

...which was a spitting image of Ray Harryhausen’s 20 Million Miles To Earth creature! That’s a face that keeps on giving.

Considering Fett’s escape is exactly as it’s been envisioned by fan fic writers and fan film makers for 4 decades, showing it in the unbelievably boring, straightforward fashion they did was a complete waste of time.

You’ll probably enjoy it more if Boba Fett never appealed to you. I think this was a perfectly fine Star Wars show in general but as far as giving Fett a fleshed-out identity it feels like fan fiction.

The Mandalorian was aggressively mediocre

they’re so fun together. mcu won’t have them date (i wish) but them being best friends like nat and clint still sounds super amazing.

In my fan canon, Laura was Mockingbird, then the designation was given to Bobbi when Laura retired.

No she’s into someone else...

It was less of Kate holding her own and more Yelena just not having any interest in fighting, and Kate not being her objective. Kate was more of a slight annoyance on the way to do the thing.

1. Jack was hilariously low-key about everything; usually when someone is that blase about being framed it’s because the whole thing is a ruse, but no, he just figured he’d get it all straightened out quickly. And he did!

This is exactly what I wanted for this episode, for Cartman to be genuinely changed and it’s the good guys of the show that undo all that for their own ends.

Florence Pugh is pretty much A-List these days so I don’t think it’s so much of her being ‘wasted as a side player’ but rather that Marvel are getting a bit of extra advance promotional work out of her for her role as one of the new Avengers.

I would watch an entire show of Kate and Yelena riffing off each other.

If anything, I would say that Thanos was half-right.

Disregarding professional ethics is no LARPing matter.

Youre really underselling how successful this show was. The reception wasn’t “pretty positive”, it was massively popular worldwide, receiving critical acclaim on Rotten Tomatoes and knocking Squid Game off the top spot in views.
