Yea. The SCCA auto-cross down here are done at a retired airport. There was a car that had a belt go out next to it and people pushed the car in and someone drove him down to the auto zone to get a belt. Got that belt installed and he was on his way.
One of the worst car groups. Way too many WRX/STi assholes. The only ones that gather are those assholes too. Really the only Subaru owners that look chill are the outback owners. I just haven't seen them gather. The owners that do gather is almost as bad as BMW asshats.
SCCA for me. They have all offered me ride-a-longs, a few let me drive their car around the track. They share all their tools and even some of their gas. But if its only a group of certain car group, Datsun owners.
