Kia and Hyundai is actually a very real threat to Honda and Toyota now. The last few years for both Kia and Hyundai have been nice and affordable luxury cars with some power.

Depends. I have no degree and work with people with degrees, and make more money. My wife is working on her finance degree because her company requires it to get to the next level. Her starting wage was over $18 with no degree and in Nevada that's pretty good. I think anywhere that's pretty good.
