He took a swing at a cop and didn’t get shot! He got off easy.

He’s 84-ish. His debit card doesn’t work. And, he seems to have some people mooching off of him, possibly taking advantage of him. He has had a distinguished career his entire life without incident until now. This needs to have a social worker involved ASAP! Too many red flags going on here.

Terroristic threats... Probably just threats against the police and the PD. “I’ll burn your house down” is considered a terroristic threat these days.

Yeah, and I think it can be hard on a lot of people to get old and feel like they are losing control over their mind and losing the power that they had earlier in life over their surroundings. Still, clearly this dude was in the wrong and also why in the world didn’t his family step in??

Not to make light of it, but it sounds like dementia has done a number on him. I'm not looking forward to getting that old.
