I would throw all 0-60 times out he window on a car like this. Those times (and all other to be fair) are probably with a brutal clutch drop. The clutch drop on a four cylinder car without much down low torque was something that no owner would do. So that is probably why many people might be disappointed.

Had a Nissan Versa rental once for a few days. It was windy as hell one day and driving that tin can was the most uncomfortable I have ever been behind the wheel as I was blown around constantly.  When you can’t relax everything sucks.

No supercharger no dice. Too expensive for base model.

So sorry to hear this Lawrence. This is why I am trying to get my time in now and enjoy tracking my car. I put OMP race seats in it that won’t allow me to gain any weight so it’s good encouragement to stay fit. Bit I see a lot of older guys at events who despite having all the time in the world being retired, they say

This is why you please not guilty and show up at court. Often the cop who wrote the ticket won’t be able to make the case, and you can get it tossed, or as I did, speak to the prosecutor and get it pushed down to a non-moving violation so you don’t get points on your license which then hits your insurance premiums for

Anyone who paid $113k for a Durango has zero credibility right away.

Summed up well. I could tell the officer knew his stuff with the fake plates and tried to be respectful. This is NOTHING like the shooting of Philando Castile. The victim was belligerent, didn’t offer the info that he was carrying a weapon, etc. The two cases couldn’t be more different. That said, I wonder what the

I just hope the stationmaster isn’t the fall guy here and they actually find out the root cause.

Lots of unpaved roads in the burbs. Lots of oil wells in the burbs as well. And those contractors all have horses too.

If you don’t mind used, $100k gets you a GT4. Bought my 981 GT4 for about the same price. It will probably never go down in value. Has the front suspension from a GT3 and rear is unique to GT4. The interior is basically the same minus the Apple Car Play (I have an aftermarket unit installed that adds it).

When Ford starting selling the little Transit here (and Benz sold a small van too) contractors around me snapped them up because full size pickups were tough to maneuver and street park when working on job sites. Granted I live in a small very dense area of the NYC area, but if they could get by with these why can’t a

I have nothing to add.

Small government. Freedom of movement of capital and people. Low taxes. Yada yada.

Seemed like he stayed on the gas longer so that he could pass the BMW, even if it was after the finish line. Red mist indeed.

There are plenty of misidentified photos on this site. Not usually of cars. Certainly not a fucking Ferrari. This is truly a new low for Jalopnik. Once again, fuck Hulk Hogan and Peter Thiel.

Wheel hangers can be bought anywhere on the interwebs for about $10 each (I have two so that the wheel is better aligned- after 4 Audis and 2 Porsches dealing with lug bolts it’s worth it). Stud conversion kits are out there all over but FYI they are considered wear items, especially by those who track (who are the

Was thinking about this as a new Tahoe police car blew past me on the NJ Turnpike yesterday at 90-95 cruise. With the light bar, at the speeds they cruise at, my NJ State boys must be getting 10mpg.

Should be nice for https://www.reddit.com/r/Justrolledintotheshop/

Headline should read “88 idiots killed themselves” rather than bright like killed 88 people. Morons.

After the near rail strike, I walked away utterly amazed that men and women working in an often physical and dangerous field don’t get paid sick time. I honestly thought that paid sick time was the law for full time workers in the US. It’s like something from the pre-industrial revolution days to not have paid sick
