This right here. In upstate NY the Turkish American owner of the Chobani yogurt company hires a ton of Syrian refugees and other immigrants. Not only do they work harder, but they pass drug screens and eventually become grateful proud citizens. There has been blow back from the oh so welcoming local Republican welcome

Keep the guvmint out of my health” yells all the red state fat asses on Medicaid who vote against the guy trying to control insulin pricing while asking the government to monitor womens periods and report any possible ended pregnancies to the police.

Was going to make this comment but substitute either Fronteir or Spirit.

Do they also sell AMG badges to stick on the end of the C300?

Good Lawd. It weighs 4306 lbs. For $110k give me a Porsche GT4 Spyder and it’s 2900lbs.

I bet this pig (snout and all) already weighs north of 3800 lbs. Add a folding hard top and that’s easily another 200 lbs.

Yes but the $500 can’t be financed over 84 months!  /s

My “all that work” take was going to be the exhaust. He couldn’t get the muffler tips up into the body cutout?

Or street parked in London. Couldn’t believe how many Rolls and Bentleys and Astons I just saw on vacation with wheel rash on them from street parking. People in Mayfair have enough money not to care.

How is this for nice racial targeting in Georgia? Some redneck in the local county police department decided he had jurisdiction and the right to search travelers on the jet walk boarding planes at Atl-Hartsfield airport for drugs. Of course more than half the people searched were black. And of the 400+ searches they

Exactly. No idea how this thing is that heavy. My Cayman is sub 3000 pounds. This thing is a pig in more ways than one.

Why didn’t you come up from Boise and check the top speed on this gorgeous car at the Sun Valley road rally this summer? Would have been a great entrant. Maybe next year!

Exactly. Troll.  Could tell it was a troll within 2-3 posts yet people continue to engage….don’t feed the troll.

My thoughts. I lost a Porsche in the remnants of Ida (parked in subterranean garage in NYC area and both my wife and I were out of town that night and didn’t appreciate how much rain fell).

Glad I wasn’t the only one to catch that.

Do the old switch a roo and ask if you have the same response. If Honda shorted their workers bonuses, would we be still saying the same thing?

Maybe because I drove Audis for 15 years straight I never found the trims confusing. But I honestly still don’t know what’s what with these Jeeps. And photos are the worst (much like the Germans of years past with the same sausage in 3 sizes) because in photos you don’t have scale so you can’t tell exactly how big the

True but as one commenter pointed out, I can’t fathom why manufacturers put a short 6th gear in. You never got 6th on a track outside the Ring, so why? My GT4 is pulling 3200 RPM on the highway at 80mph. Why?! I just did 140mph at the Glen two weeks ago and was nowhere close to needing 6th gear. 6th needs to be a true

Nah- you need PASM, upgraded sport seats, and Sport Chrono. That’s another $8k for those 3 items. The rest is superfluous to the Cayman experience (previous 981 S and current 981 GT4 owner). If you find yourself with $30k in Cayman options you may need to rethink your priorities regarding such things as leather
