Subaru should take notes. The WRX is properly hideous.

The proportions are still good. The body, still a luxury sedan.
Nah this is incorrect. The 2nd Gen cars (V2) did have terrible problems breaking rear ends. Partly because it’s a non rebuildble design that’s wildly different from the other 500hp+ cars they build.
It’s kind of a pretend-protection. More a styling and a visual trick to “pad” the wheel arches as if this were where the vehicle were absorbing impacts. Serves the same non-purpose on any number of American crossovers from Buicks to Lincolns.
Or better yet, get a third party replacement with Android Auto.
Why is cladding even a thing? I get trying to break up the coloring, but then it just seems like such a waste of money, why is the fender in 2 parts?
Remember when this site would have had an unmodified vehicle pic to compare? Pepperidge Farm remembers.
You’re right, the 3rd gen CTS aged pretty well.
No. Only the 1st gen CTS-V had the axle hopping issue.
While I am still not a fan of GM products, this car’s style is still quite contemporary.
Yes, Sainz was the one on C4 tires. “Sainz may have topped the charts, but he did so on the second-softest Pirelli C4 tires in the arsenal.” Sainz was the subject of this sentence.
I’ve been looking all over for a 2 speed manual Taycan. You can only find them on craigslist
Counterpoint: They were grossly too expensive to being with, so I just see it as $50k of depreciation and $20-30k margin grab taken off. I can’t imagine the margins on just upping the output of an electric motor through software. You could get an almost mechanically identical Audi RS etron GT for $150k (which was also…
Can we also re-mention how stupid it is to call an EV a “Turbo” model?
I think the 911's limited production and ‘lineage’ make it an almost certain future classic. Taycan, Panamera, Cayenne etc are really nice, really expensive, but they’re not going to be future classics, not to the degree that a 911 would. They’re probably great, just not legendary great. People tend to keep/collect…
I need them to drop another 50%. Please and thank you.
Expensive EV’s have terrible resale, just ask Lucid.
