Without a team of people taking care of her baby and her appearance and access to the absolute cutting edge of medical technology, there’s no way she could have had the energy to do that though.
But see, this is the whole problem. You “feel” things. You don’t think them.
It’s also not as if a West Virginia teacher or Los Angeles service worker can turn to a cable news “side hustle” for a little extra bread.
But any rational person would recognize that greed supports a function. It supports it immorally, but ultimately if you’re going to replace it, you can’t just “remove” it without replacing it.
