Wider, sure, but comfort is just as subjective as fun. I’m pretty tall, and while the DSM was just roomy enough for a sporty dd (with the seat tilted back), I felt more jammed in to the 3000. Same goes for other vehicles - I have lots of room in a 2 Series BMW or a GTI, for example, but feel cramped behind the wheel

Having owned a 1st gen Talon TSI, and driven a 3000GT VR4 for a day, I’d have to agree. The VR4 was certainly faster, but it wasnt actually more fun to drive. It basically felt like a more cramped version of its kid brother, but with terrible rear visibility. What scared me off from buying a really nice condition used

Not sure if they’re for sale, but the 501st Legion has an approved design if you’re handy with a sewing machine. They look so much more comfortable than Stormtrooper armor... menacing, yet snuggly.

Aww... it’s like a Micro Machine playing dress-up in daddy’s closet!

I’ve never ridden Amtrak outside of the NE corridor, but having ridden the rails in central Russia, I’d say that there are some similarities. Aging vehicles, slow speeds, depressing restrooms... Check. But the Soviet-era experience at least offers some charms. Helpful (if stern) car attendants. Freshly-cooked (if

“Plus, you’ve gotta bring back Poe and Leia. You just gotta.”

I am confident that Filoni has Ahsoka in mind for a future series (especially given that final moment in Rebels). The fact that Disney is letting him complete Clone Wars gives me hope.

Awesome, thanks for the tip! I’m overdue for a family road trip to DC, and an IMAX sci-fi / comic film would be a perfect fit.

Even though I’m not a huge Batman fan, I would love to take my kids to see these at IMAX. Alas, they’re a one-day only event at only five cities. Even if I could get tickets, and were willing to haul the family to NYC, stand in line, etc., I’m not sure I’d want to watch them all back to back like that.

It’s not the movie’s fault. A film doesn’t lose its value as art or entertainment just because it is associated with a horrible crime.

I don’t doubt that the MAX 8 is fundamentally safe apart from the alleged MCAS issue. What I doubt is Boeing’s handling of communications and training about the MCAS system, especially after it was implicated in the Lion Air crash.

Remember “If it ain’t Boeing, I ain’t going?” It was that fear of computerized flight control and avionics which caused some fliers to mistrust Airbus. But now, this MCAS system seems to be designed around compromises in the inherent instability of the MAX8 which was engineered in for profitability. See https://theairc

My Cousin Vinnie.  If you haven't seen it, go watch it and enjoy.  Great movie.

True... some become president :)

You’d think that a few examples of self-entitled scumbags being locked up and publicly humiliated might make a difference.

Only if you never watch them

Yeah, but politics aside, say someone busts into Leno’s garage, and some priceless vehicles disappear, I’m still going to feel bad for the guy, no matter how rich he is. Just because he’s successful enough to afford a collection beyond what all us Jalops can collectively afford doesn’t make his passion for the

Keef is the offspring of the mighty Apollo, god of music and plague, who laid in a thrice-plowed field with a mortal groupie. He cannot die, and needs no helmet.

So, because he’s rich, he deserves to have his collection busted into, and some rare vintage bikes lost to the black market, maybe forever? This isn’t social justice, it’s a crime, and yes, Keith is the victim.
