I definitely thought the evokers were a strange choice for summoning personas. It didn't bother me that much, but I vastly prefer Persona 4's Tarot cards.
It's too bad it's not gaining more traction in the press. I feel bad for those who pre-ordered through Target.
What a shit move on Targets part.
I'm glad Amazon is honoring the pre-order bundles. I've pre-ordered my PS4 through them and had the Watch Dogs bundle selected. I'm definitely disappointed that Ubisoft decided to delay the game this close to release, but I guess it's not that uncommon for these kinds of things to happen in the great world of video…
Maybe not super recent, but he's also the voice of Kanji Tatsumi in Persona 4.
Sleeping Dogs was a great game. I had more fun in that game than many others in recent memory. Certainly better than any of the Saints Rows (which, in all fairness, are good games, but the gameplay is horribly balanced). I think I can honestly say that I liked Sleeping Dogs better than GTA IV. I just wish there were…
Both reticles in the game suck. To me, this is the worst part of GTA. I sit about 8 to 10 feet back from my TV when I play and I cannot for the life of me see the damn reticle. It basically forces me to use the aim assist because I wouldn't hit a damn thing without it. And shooting while driving? Fucking forget it.…
This strikes me more as a video résumé than anything else.
Does anyone remember the UPN show Nowhere Man staring Bruce Greenwood? As a kid, I would have loved a second season of that.
Oh my god. I hate it when Mitsuru casts that. It never frickin' works.
I'm on my second play through of P4G, and I can tell you that it is just as good, if not better, than the first time.
Could this Sho Minazuki character be from the inevitable, unannounced, Persona 5? Protagonist or Antagonist perhaps? (I personally hope not the protagonist as I'm not too fond of the character design on him and the scar would be off-putting for a main character IMO.)
Damn, I didn't think this hard for me to answer. I chose Trevor because to me he has some of the best dialog, and it's nice to play someone who is unhinged and fully committed to his lifestyle instead of the traditional "reluctant hero" (or reluctant criminal in GTA's case) archetype we typically see in games.
BioShock Infinite does not appear to be $11 at GameFly with the coupon code. That coupon code gives you 20% off and BioShock Infinite retails for $39.99 on GameFly, so after the discount it ends up being about $32, not $11.
The BioShock Infinite code gives 20% off, for a total of $31.99, not $11.
Awesome! With all the talk about the "SteamBox", something like this wasn't on my radar. I suppose it makes sense, given where Valve seems to want to go. I think it might make it easier for the average PC user to swallow the idea of Linux too. By having a dedicated Linux version branded and supported by Valve, it…
Yeah, I saw this video the other day... might have been here, or maybe Reddit. I can't remember.
Yeah, it did have a bit of a James Bond villain sound to it. Speaking of which, he actually sounds like Sean Connery doing a Bond villain. I think he was trying to portray Bane's intelligence through the voice where his physique and costume could not. Either way, Heath Ledger was amazing as the Joker and TDK is the…
The thing about Bane's voice was that it was so obviously entirely ADR. That, more than anything, threw me out of the movie. It wasn't Hardy's choice of accent or even his delivery, but more that Bane's voice sounded "on top" of all the other audio. Bad, bad audio mixing on that movie.
