Not an expert but little guy insults big guy, big guy asks for clarification, little guy provides more information on further action. Big guy processes information and suggests an alternative action. Bystanders intervene. A story as old as time.

Man, why the hell would you try to fight back after that first toss? I don’t think it would ruin your image in anyone’s eyes, it would probably actually impress them that you have a functioning brain after hitting that ad-kiosk.

heh. this guy:

For fucks sake, wypipo. Stop and think for a second. Just one goddamn second.

Don’t feel bad. I came to work. I work for a non-profit where women make up majority of workforce. With all that’s happening (repeal of ACA and movement towards Medicaid as a block grant), we simply cannot take off. We provide services to thousands of low-income individuals, a day off means someone doesn’t have access

No, we all get the point he is making, which is, “poor people deserve nothing nice and simply surviving should be enough for them. If they don’t like that then we should let them die.”

Isn’t the “Morehouse man” rigorously upright? Isn’t he supposed to call BS when he sees it?

Let me try and take a crack at it::

Wait... The president of a historically black college is fired for calling out an openly racist president about the press conference/photo-op he rope a doped them into attending by pretending he was interested in hearing what they had to say?

What’s nuts about him is that he trashes his law degree because he believe he only got it because of Affirmative Action and therefore views it with less worth, but the fool has never turned down an appointment because of that degree.

Clarence Thomas is a trash human. He’s ruled against every race-discrimination case in the last few years. Even one last month where a guy’s own attorney called an “expert” who said blacks were predisposed to criminal thinking and activity. Basura pura.

The fact that full financial reparations are logistically implausible doesn’t mean partial reparations can’t be worthwhile. Straight cash payments to people who were personally wronged in living memory would be a good start (black GIs from WWII and their surviving spouses, people who were screwed over by redlining,

The straight up cash reparations that Mr. Coates argues for are unfeasible not just politically, but practically as well.

True. But if what he is asking for is what Georgetown is doing wouldn’t it essentially just be treating descendants of those slaves in a similar manner to legacy students? That seems pretty fair to me. I assume the founders great great etc grandkids would get special consideration for what their family did for the

Good cops out there, right?

SO GLAD there’s so many Blue Lives Matter bills out there. Their needs really have been neglected for far too long.

This request could only have credibility if law enforcement spent even a moment of their energy accepting responsibility for the destruction and mistrust that they let fester. They’re too hateful and cowardly to have compassion and actually do anything to prevent rampant police misconduct? Well, then I can’t help you.

If I pray anything about Stumler it’ll be that she never shoots another unarmed person.

Seriously, what the fuck is that bullshit?
