They sure as hell deserve more than AFC. Four guaranteed spots and they all got walked on (no wins in 12 games). Three guaranteed spots in CONCACAF, three teams in the round of 16. If I'm not mistaken, Panama ranked higher than any of the AFC qualifiers.
