AWD is the future. it’s half the reason crossovers took over. turbo isn’t even about speed or power it’s about enjoyment to drive combined with gas mileage. If i want a DD I want it getting 36mpg and AWD which is shown to be possible in cars these days.

UPDATE: I took my car to the dealership to get the brakes inspected (still good for a bit), but they have an Outlander PHEV now which is a plug in hybrid. IMO that is the future! 74mpg while charged, 45 while not charged, the benefit of running mostly electric with the option to switch to gasoline on extended trips.…

that’s great and all but what if your family lives beyond what an EV can go. So i’m supposed to stop for 8 fucking hours to charge my car when I could have fueled up, taken a dump, and gotten snacks within 15 min. EVs are great but the infrastructure isn’t there yet on them.
