so because I like the concept of EVs but I personally can’t afford a $30k car I should still pay towards someone’s $7.5k subsidy on the car they could afford anyway? No. This is just a scam that keeps money in the pockets of the advantaged anyway!

no. If you’re going to give a credit on vehicles it should be allowable to all of the public. Because I could only afford a $17k car when I went car shopping I wasn’t awarded a free $7500 for a vehicle, but someone who can afford a $30k car gets awarded $7.5k in tax subsidies which is complete bs to your average…
I’d like a remodel with the new engine and a hatchback. but subaru won’t do it because they want to be boring like Toyota now
no we’re not anywhere close to that. I’ll have to get video off my dash cam sometime to show you how horrid it is. Ours is essentially block one lane of traffic for 12 miles while ripping up 6 feet of cement. Said cement then waits like all summer before it gets replaced. Then they do this for literally a decade, it’s…
Honestly good. I’m all for making EVs but why would I as a taxpayer be supplementing $8000 off Johnnys new tesla model 3? If Johnny wants a Model 3 he can full price for it!
ehhhhhhhhhhh
Yesterday’s car was a decent deal and everyones like OH MY GOD TRASH, today is actual trash and everyone’s like OMG BUY BUY BUY. ya’ll are nuts.
no we have the supervising method. It’s where 10 guys watch while 2 guys pave. My hometown also perfected the redo method where they like to park heavy machinery on the wrong side of where they’re working, then drive over the road 18 times until they have to re-pave what they just fixed and take a decade to fix 1…
I’m guessing it was the former but also if the bus line was as small as it seemed I’m not sure at what point his cost loss to salaries was detrimental. It sounds like he was pretty much at the this isn’t working financially or for my sanity point.
I agree to a point. I understand they need to occasionally re-do the road. I do not believe that in part means they couldn’t re-layer asphalt up to 3 times before a total tear up and re-do which is what their current method is. The whole road would raise up what, like 1" over 3 layers once you include the fact that…
I don’t even know where a papa johns is. Legit never had it in my life and I’ve managed godfathers pizza which is like a damn unicorn of the pizza world.
Why do Europeans always act like America has such different laws? This happened in the UK where you say the law says you can’t do this, and I’ve never heard of a US company pulling this.
Eh i read this on NY post after reading this and thinking the guy sounded like a total dick. After reading NY posts version it sounds like the competent employees kept bailing for better companies so he got suck with a bunch of twats, of which I don’t blame him. Too many people these days think they run the company…
well i guess now i know why Musk is obsessed with his stupid tunnel. He’s going to dig to space asteroids
do you think i can send this to MN DOT to remind them you CAN lay new layers of asphalt for re-paving instead of ripping up the same 5 yard stretch of road and ruining everyone’s lives for the next 5-25 years.
link?
that’s because it’s not the type you want. that’s my whole point. Someone who wants THIS doesn’t think the price is bad. Someone who hates the price would probably never buy the car even if it was $400
k but if you want a unicorn of a car and have $10000 laying around you could have this back to basically brand new.
People like me. You tell me another brand where you can get a car with AWD and under 5000 miles on it for under 17k and I’ll switch brands.
I’d buy this yesterday if it was near me.
