the short answer is no! it's a pain in the tuckus, I had an iPad 4 that my previous employer let me keep and I wanted to use that with a logitech keyboard. tried for a couple of months and it's just too cumbersome, broke down and bought a Macbook Air and will be handing the iPad off to the wife.
