I find it hard to take people talking about the wage gap in Hollywood seriously. First off, the wage gap has been explained many, many times. Secondly, acting isn't exactly the same as a 9-5 salaried job. How much they're paid comes down to how many viewers they can pull into the theaters and how well they negotiate.
