I wasn't aware it was from the show. I have never watched a single episode. That being said, I have encountered feminists that have said that to me seriously. That would be the parts of it that I am against.

Yeah, it's probably best we ignore all men's issues then. Selfish bastards, right?

Right. And men currently don't have the same protection from genital mutilation as women. Therefore, it is one of the men's rights that I agree with the MRA community about.

Thank you for illustrating the questionable parts of feminism that I stand against.

How about the right to not have their genitals mutilated at birth? The same way that female circumcision is illegal.

In as much as I will stand up for men's rights when necessary. I don't agree with some aspects of MRA but I do agree with others. The same way I agree with some parts of feminism, but will stand up against the questionable aspects. All I'm saying is you can't judge all MRAs by the actions of some assholes over at a

Some Men's Rights Activists are not having it. The same way that not all feminists are man hating over at Jezebel.

Looks like I need to start stocking up on my supply of Orange #9 food coloring.

Isn't that the same scenario that was played out in the first movie? I guess because the "Duh, dinosaurs are safe" role was played by a man it's okay.

Maybe I'm missing something, but how exactly was that sexist?

And what's wrong with it not including women? It's a TV show. If that's the premise that they wanted to go with what's the problem?

Well thanks for that in depth explanation of how it really is.

That could be inferred, yes. The author sure does try their best to infer it. But I think his statement was far less of a slight towards women and much more of a question as to whether or not modern mad has been "softened" by all of our modern day conveniences.

I didn't get that from the article. Except when the author "assumes" that's what he means by "society's cushioning." I took it for what it was. A question as to whether or not all the comforts and conveniences of modern life have taken away the survival skills of our ancestors.

Not really. It just seems strange to me that there can't be a show with only men. Not everything has to be mixed gender/race.

Let me see if I have this right. We are no longer allowed to have any television show that doesn't have a woman on it? Let's take it a step further and say that every show must now have a male, female and transgender of every race. Gotta make sure nobody gets offended.

… "But Heaven sure would be a nice little surprise at the end of it all."

I wonder if this will be a remake or a reboot like Star Trek.
