Brownshirt Javert definitely has a premium account on OnlyFascists. He’s hoping to get a custom video from Dedra asking him how many lights he sees.

Would be too much of a coincidence but it would be funny and sad if Syril tries to get the Empire’s attention again and gets sent to the same prison as Andor. Then there are two ways to go, either have Syril try to reveal Andor’s identity, or have him recognize how terrible the system he’s supporting is and help…
“but the enemy of my enemy is not my friend, its just my enemy’s enemy.”
The scene between Brownshirt Javert and Dedra is sad and funny. A pathetic fascist fanboy with an overblown opinion of himself desperately sucking up to an SS officer.
Since they're going to be in charge of TV and animation too, I hope it means Doom Patrol and Harley Quinn are safe. Hopefully, they'll save Young Justice too, give Caped Crusader a good home, and give more support to DC animation.
Black Adam’s opening box office numbers aren’t great, and with Zaslav cancelling everything at the drop of a hat, is a Superman sequel even guaranteed? Maybe if Black Adam can get a China release, but the last few Marvel films didn’t get China releases and Batman only made $25 million in China, less than 1/10th of…
Which is why the OK opening weekend for Black Adam could be a problem. Even if it has great word of mouth and is able to keep the week to week drops to a minimum, it would have to be able to sustain that for a long time since the longer it’s in theaters, the smaller percentage of the box office the studio gets.

It would probably have to make more than $600 million to break even since the theater/studio split goes more in favor of the theater the longer a film is in theaters. Plus studios tend to get less of the split from international markets. And contracts tend to have a hedge against a movie flopping, so if a movie is not…
Black Adam would have made a lot more money if they just had him say his catchphrase, “Up and Adam.”
“The filmmakers seemingly try to go the T2 route with the anti-hero, giving him an arc similar to Arnold’s T-800 in terms of both having to learn to appreciate the value of human life despite possessing abilities that can quickly extinguish it.”
He just got a tax exemption for sales of Model S and X in China so I doubt he considers this a bad week.
I liked it as a stand alone episode but I think the season over all was disappointing, mainly the middle episodes. They did a good job of setting up the premise of the series with episode 1. The Daredevil episode was good.
Tis show makes me wish they had been able to make that Ron Moore Star Wars Underground show. If we had gotten a show like Andor 15 years ago, they probably would have made a lot more movies and shows like this.
Can’t wait for attempt # 6 to recreate Wrath of Khan. I’m sure it’ll work this time. Several villains seeking revenge is better than one villain seeking revenge, that’s how that works, right? Maybe they’ll bring up Daimon Bok too, and Armus, Gul Madred, Sela, Berlinghoff Rasmussen, and all the villains Picard has…
I can see this as a post season 3 Daredevil, who’s more relaxed with Kingpin in jail and his friends back in his life. Plus, the more they build up Daredevil and the happier they make Matt, the more devastating it will be when Kingpin tears him down.

Ay Sedaris' character on Manadalorian said "jeez." Which implies the existence of Jedi Jesus.
This show feels like the DS9 of Star Wars. And it reminds me of parts of the BSG reboot too, mainly the story arc when the Cylons occupied New Caprica.
I think this is a pretty enjoyable light, fun, and kind of weird sitcom. But I do have to question why they needed to spend so much money on this show. Most of the jokes would have worked without the big budget. In fact, the best jokes and gags didn’t need any special effects.
