TNG, Voyager, and Enterprise pilots were bad. TOS and DS9 were good. Discovery is good. So now it’s a 50/50 balance between good and bad pilots.

That was pretty good. I would rank it as the second best Star Trek series premiere behind DS9.

Picard could do the neck pinch after mind melding with Sarek. Data and Odo could do it too.

I like the idea of the different Klingon Houses having their own style and ships. I wonder how else they’ll develop that idea. Maybe they’ll have different technology, diplomatic relations with other races, culture and values, etc. And I’d love to see the Houses from the other shows like Chang, Kor, and maybe Mogh and…
