Agreed. 2 years a PSU AA, never heard of Altoona style pizza. I don’t recall finding much legit good pizza either, but I was also 18 and drunk most of the time.

“In addition to using the truck to support his job at the shop, ... often tows vehicles in the mountains.”
3.31:1 and an overdrive box?
I like it, and I’m not ashamed to admit it.
Cartrucken ?
Truth. It’s pork belly, or maybe smoked pork belly, at best.
Exactly! I can’t handle all that powah!
I’m liking it. Delete the decals and I’m REALLY liking it!
Hazzard County. But I’ll let it slide... like the doors on my Sienna.
Or the 73-87 Chevy/GMC trucks (Maybe earlier too? I know my 86 had it)
Might be low trim vs. high trim. Ours is XLE, so one step down from the top trim. The seats are nice, to say the least.
I’m 6'-2" as well, and the middle row seats in our Sienna are every bit as comfortable as the front row. Add to that, if you slide the middle row all the way back, there is actually MORE legroom, and recliner-type foot rests. It’s an extremely comfortable ride.
This. You can take my crew cab, 8' bed Silverado 2500 from my cold, dead hands. Because I need it, and I like it. I’m the one that has to find room to park it, so it’s not hurting anybody else. These small car only folks need to get over themselves.
There are reasons to support either the host or guest being right, and none are completely wrong.
But that’s kind of my point - it’s converting from a smaller platform setup to a truck setup, which would be largely the same, whether they were making EV’s or ICE’s. I’m all for it, and it’s a good thing, but most of the work and cost appears to be something that would be required no matter what.
So, the workers will need training on doing a lot more wiring, and the equipment to go with, but other than that, the basic process is the same? Makes sense.
So... Assuming the powertrain is just brought in from another plant, just like every other GM assembly plant, and installed into the vehicle, what is the big difference? I understand that each unique vehicle has its own tooling, but is an EV assembly plant really all that different than an ICE assembly plant?
Story that might be the exception that proves the rule?
