Wait… you're saying the young guy who brought Nucky the sandwich is Tommy Darmody? I'm not sure that's right. Isn't he out of the picture now, living safe with Julia?

Yeah, when it's good, it's really fun. The problem is it's rarely a good experience anymore, unless you do the weekday matinee thing. And even then, somebody always manages to have their phone out.

Yeah, the problem is that most of us don't want to have to get up in someone's face. It's like, do I yell at that asshole and risk him taking shots at me with his concealed firearm, or do I stay home and watch something else on my couch with my dog curled up at my feet?

The finale asks us to believe that somehow humans came to Earth, left
it, and then came back again through millennia of time and space before
spawning us. It’s just, a lot.

Yep. I particularly liked the commentary about this SPOILERS where Ron Moore was saying how he wasn't so sure it was really scientifically possible to do that with a Battlestar without it breaking up from the force of the fall, but they said "fuck it because it's gonna be awesome". And it was!

Yeah, coming as it did right on the heels of Firefly's cancellation, I was sure it was gonna be a shitty show like so much of the other stuff on SciFi at the time. Man, it was great to be so wrong about that. I love BSG very, very much.

Oh my god, @re_trace you have just changed my life forever.

Oh, this seems like fun. Thanks for the recommendation!

Ugh, gross.

"It could be that Coulson has asked Ward to infiltrate Hydra."

You should definitely check it out.

"Perhaps Rambo will open every episode with Stallone in front of a crackling fireplace, reading some of his favorite Rambo stories from a leather-bound book."

I get that casting announcements can be spoilers, but they don't have to be. It's the consistent way these articles describe, in detail, who the character is and what he or she is doing that is the spoiler.

Todd I found your loose re-telling of Ken's Robot Story fascinating. You should watch that bit of the episode again and compare it to what you wrote here.
