Well I cant speak for Chinese People. Only for myself. And since I am speaking for myself, then I can say that I don’t care for the patches. If you want to ask why they are butthurt, then ask the Chinese Government and their western censorship laws.

No one was claiming it was going to change the plot. Im asking if different patches would change the plot. That’s why I said “who cares” if it doesnt change the plot.

I actually use the same concept! Games like Persona 5, GTA V, Monster Hunter World and Destiny has practically paid for itself on my end.

I never even considered them as ghost cars. I just figured rockstar placed them there just in case players didnt have a car to get back on.. although the placement is quite poor
