this really did feel like a troma movie with a good production budget, and i absolutely mean that as a compliment. definitely exists at that intersection of smart, stupid, and nearly-in-bad-taste-but-is-actually-just-fun.

agree that both are good. if you’re training for powerlifting, the strict press is your best bet for helping your bench press. push press is more beneficial for olympic or strongman type competitors, but there is enough carry over from both movements to be helpful for everyone.
