I don’t understand on what ground Nintendo can prevent a tournament played on a mod of one of their game. They can chose to not sponsor it, but what else can they do ? If they claim it can be damaging to their brand, the organizers can have disclaimers everywhere saying Project+ is not an official Nintendo product…
