one thing i love about post-apocalyptic fiction is the atmosphere and the details, so i find the make-up/hair/injection-job on the protagonist distracting as hell.

i can see the thinking behind guest judge anya… shes "good" with prints. of course, it would have made much more sense to have uli from season 3 back. or erdem moralioglu, michael angel, peter dundas… somebody who, you know, actually matters.

fabio: hes such a great guy, but just not there yet. his collection is not bad, but underwhelming.

the exploding cards are just so ridiculous and gimmicky. they kind of made sense in the chromium era, where everything was ridiculous. but today, they seem dreadfully dated. you can either underplay that aspect (like the current series does; he could be throwing anything), or you can play it for camp. but these days

im more taken by his personal style and general great-guy-ness than the clothes he makes. last week was great, but i think about every other garment hes sent down the runway was ok-but-boring.

alicia seems really sweet, but she needs to go home. and then finally weve separated the wheat from the chaff. of the people whove already left, the only interesting ones are the two that left voluntarily. (and maybe buffi, now that i think about it.)

uhm… everybody was freaking out and crying why exactly?
despite all the drama, this ep was rather boring, and the dresses were mostly boring, too.

i thought this already during previous episodes, but fabios personal style is fantastic!
