To assume that everyone in the world goes home to go to bed every single night is ludicrous. Also, if people had the ability to recharge their iphone in seconds vs an hour, I’m sure the population would shift to that technology instead of the batteries we use for phones now. It’s simply inconvenient is the point. No matter if you drive 200 miles a day or not, knowing that you’re going to be sitting at a charging station for at least an hour sounds like a fucking dentist appointment every week.
