Warm Bodies is the absolute worst zombie movie ever made. I swear that it only seems popular because one guy has thousands of internet profiles and praises it on all of them... Which brings me to firefly, I've never met an actual person in the real world that likes that show but the internet swears it's the best

I read comics exclusively in trade format. I don't buy individual issues. Grant Morrison makes that a really hard habit to keep. I wonder when we'll hear about Multiversity being collected.

Here's a radical idea: how about a movie about adventure, survival, treasure hunting and ancient forces of evil that doesn't have a romantic subplot of any kind?

She must be using a No! No! Pro.

"Is this testing whether I'm a mayor or a lesbian, Mister Deckard?"

There was this guy today at the cafe, where we were the only two people in the room, and he kept on staring at me, while I was eating, doing homework, and using the phone. And as I was using Tinder, I saw his profile, it was quite racially charged and full of fetishization (think confederate flags, Yellow Fever,

I see nothing not to like about this. I mean, I genuinely don't understand what people would want from a JLA type of movie if they don't like this. For all of the talk of "grim-dark," the reality (at least as I see it) is that the main figures for the Justice League are so profoundly implausible that the world you

Ah comics. putting breasts on skeletons... and everything else!

Example: Tony or Steve catch a news report about a man swinging around New York City looking like a spider. They track him down and find out he's just a teenager who has newly acquired abilities from a school field trip. "Well, you seem to be able to handle yourself pretty well. Wanna get in on some real action?"

Marvel isn't interested in a teenage Spider-Man so much as a character they can keep around for a long time, through Phase III and into Phases IV and V. By the end of the decade, almost all of the MCU principals will be out of the game — Downey, Evans, Helmsworth, Ruffalo. Those characters can be recast, or more

I think they're going back to high school for one reason: character control. A younger actor means that he'll be more likely to sign on for more movies, unlike, say, the almost-fifty-year old RDJ. At least, a younger Peter Parker will be able to bridge the gap to new heroes in Phases Three and Four (and Five, etc.).

Uh, good point. He searched for his son, right? Strange and the Black Panther were also involved. That would be cool.

YESSSS I LOVE THIS BOOK

yup. only Annie is a non-sequel. it's a remake.

Jurassic World right? Since it does not have a bunch of shots in a big city?

Nolan is probably the best practical effects director in Hollywood today. He understands better than almost any others I can think of that CGI is something that should enhance a film, rather than star in it.

It was a failed play.

Nope. Its disgusting.

I'm probably in the minority here, but I find this type of thing to be kinda fucked up.
