Yeah, but the samurais were crushed at the end, so not exactly white person saves the day material.

That's why you have to do this:
Our beloved genre fiction is rife with these types of violations of scientific rules and if we were wanted strict adherence to science, our fiction wouldn't be nearly as exciting.
For the love of Noodles, let Man of Steel and Star Trek Into Darkness go. They exist and there's nothing we can do about it. The whole Super Jesus-Murderer thing is old, and we know STiD ripped off Wrath of Khan. No more. Let's all unite in our hatred of Bayformers instead.
I don't think anyone does...it's just... I miss seeing them in the paper and new material. I wish he'd just do like a one year run, just one last time.
This has always been my standing. Time is nothing buy a metric designed to describe how far we've traveled through space. Time is not a thing.
I don't know. He seemed pretty dark with extra room to grow darker as the show progresses. The actor was very good at the lizardlike unblinking stare that indicates the super scariest villains. I was extremely underwhelmed by the goth/bdsm sidekicks, though.
I miss Calvin and Hobbs... :/
So are your article headlines always so utterly off base?
Also, Is your scientific speculation always so utterly flawed?
Time travel is still not possible, and it will never be possible. Time itself is nothing but a made up concept by humans. To suggest that its a thing that we can jump around in is foolish. Existence…
Yes. Let's make sure everyone knows that Peggy Carter is all about the boobies.
He is insanely entertaining, but I'm one of the strange and elusive viewers that actually *likes* that they keep introducing proto-Batman villain Easter eggs. I loved Zsasz last night. In fact I loved everything *about* last night aside from Barbara. I find it disconcerting that I actually rooted for Falcone to off…
A middle income cop who can somehow afford to live in a bazillionaire's apartment.
Bruce does need an antagonist, but I don't think I like a young Scarecrow to be it. What can two twelve year old boys possibly do to each other without traveling too far into the realm of ridiculousness? I really liked the direction they were going with Bruce digging into Waynetech's shady business dealings. The…
Big Bang Theory is popular because normals get to watch it and think they have insights into the nerds/geeks of the world. My conventional, racist, sexist, homophobic, Christian redneck brother thinks it's the best thing ever, and then uses concepts he gleans from it to try and talk to me, his goth, Pagan, liberal,…
It's the Western version of Fan Service. Because there is this stereotype that only 16 year old males read comics, they include crap like this to titillate the young'uns. Which is kind of insane when you think about it. What 16 year old can't google, "NAKED EMMA FROST." There's no real need to include fan service…
I read it last night. The artist for the story arc was big on T&A. Uncomfortably so.
Superman is very much traumatized. He's the last of his species living in a foreign world where half the population hates him and the other half mistrusts him. If you don't think Superman has psychological trauma, you're not paying attention.
"And I dont believe people are born gay..."
Mad props to a commentator over at Kotaku named Arden who posted this gem:
