This one is amazing, enthralling, and so damn stressful. I love it so much. I also recommend The Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster for a fast, fun read. I’ve been reading that one on the reg since I was twelve.

That was such a weird and wonderful film. Great recommendation.

One trick I’ve learned with all of the remakes/reboots is to watch them no less than two times. The first time is always tainted by my nostalgia, but once I’ve gotten that out of my system, the second time lets me see it more as its own. And all of them have actually been quite entertaining (for me)!
