This is basically the plot of the pilot episode of Bob’s Burgers. (minus the money laundering.)

I sort of like it? It has a whole ugly-cute thing going on.

I wish I had something witty, pithy or insightful to say but I don’t.

Good catch only it was spelt Brian in the books, I assume that the TV was the same.

Why the hell would you force them off the show? If the writers are having trouble finding stories for them then fire the writers and get new ones.

Has Nancy left Tench for real? I assumed she just moved house like she said she would, I know his clothes were still there but I thought it was on him to go to the new home or not.

I like the song choices in Mindhunter but The Americans always did it better.

I know it’s a bold choice but I want those stripes or a variant of those stripes on my wall at home.

John being self effacing and making fun of himself will never not be funny but since Wanda was “running” the show during that segment shouldn’t the new name been Kicking Ass Tonight with Wanda Sykes vs Last Sad Tonight With Spectacles McDorky?

This concept is too clever, people watching might learn something like how to colour balance their screen, how to turn off motion smoothing or that Monster cables are high priced wankery.

Now I personally thought that the big twist was going be that Brian was his 2nd name, his first? Dexter... Dun dun duuun.

Great another “celebrities doing things” themed talk show, a concept originated in the UK and then stolen and popularised by Seinfeld.

Same, Minecraft looks and runs great on my Oculus.

Driven was a fantastic movie, Pace was great as was Sudeikisbut my most special shout is for Judy Greer, she just keeps knocking it out of the park for every role she gets.

Speaking with The Guardian about how the end of the show was “freeing” to him because he can now finish at his own pace

Mindhunter season 2 was good but felt like it was doing a *lot* of place setting for a possible season 3.

Kim’s Convenience is great, I totally loved it.

Me either, I assumed that this monkey like most TV dogs lived on only in repeats.

I was aware of the Salinger connection but never gave it a thought. Given how on the nose some of the needle drops are on this show you may be right. (I like the music cues but they are pretty obvious sometimes)

As an Australian I enjoyed the acknowledgement that yes, in my country Holden Ford would be a very odd name.
