This is a strange view, even if it is the prevailing one. All human endeavor is basically just filling time til we die. Money was just delayed bartering up until it was separated from a standard (gold, silver, etc.), now it is just a tool for control of the means of capital.

Whats funny is that before Trump started mouth farting about EVs, my very conservative family were thinking it wasn’t too bad (having ridden in mine, and knowing the gas savings) and actually test drove a few with positive reaction.

All things consider, Pizza Hut wasn’t the worst thing from my youth. BIGFOOT pizza was pretty good, all you can eat lunch buffets, and Book-it. I haven’t thought much about them though in many years.
