“The biggest danger to the average person is radon in their homes.”
Oh we just going to pretend that wasps aren’t real anymore??

{looks at RX, looks at FE, looks back at RX}
How so? We haven’t fully tapped (but are darn near close to) the max output from traditional fossil fuels, but batteries are just starting their development in earnest. PHEVs will need battery tech from any and all sources more than they will need the very specific fuel tech from F1 for use with outrageously…
These sneaky fucks - they will spite their own ability to push through amendments in years they don’t win the legislature just to stop this.
Definitely a dude.
You can always tell when poor people luck into being rich.
Why are rich people such dorky losers, why do they have money, and/or why do other people think they should have money at all?
Look, I’m not going to call into question the Judge’s partisan lean.
............but..........he seems like a GOP shill.
Protecting free speech at the expense of protecting discriminated classes is not a reasonable tradeoff in an enlightened society because people in power (in this case those with money and services) will discriminate and people without will not always have a method for recourse. There was a whole Civil Rights movement…
This is a real shame that they didn’t at least protect that piece of capital; it still gave rise to the F1 Academy (even if F1 are gunshy about streaming it) and a couple of the drivers have found other rides, but it just didn’t get the chance or exposure.
Heard an interview about modern insurgencies and domestic terrorism, especially related to US far-right militias. The “who started it” always ceases to matter once the escalations start. They don’t need a Jan 6th takeover, they need to attack a “side” and have that “side” respond in a way that gives them legitimacy…
There is sadly not enough time. Packing the courts means you need a majority in Congress to then pass laws that are favorable to the population enough that you maintain your majority through the next election cycle and onward, otherwise the court will just get packed going the other way when the Presidency switches…
Makes some of the stuff in HOC feel even creepier now if this is true (less method acting and more just being used to assault).
Yea, the tough part of Community Colleges is that they have had to really focus on specific areas of interest because as students dwindle, revenue to pay teachers dwindle. This also means that there are less class times available so students (who are working or full time parents, etc.) can’t always make the classes on…
“4.0 GPA”
The issue is that a lot of private schools with AP classes leverage a different GPA scale; my Catholic private schools valedictorian had a 5.3 GPA. To be fair, he got a perfect SAT as well, so it was “earned” but still.
Latino and Black population in the US is 30% of the US population, Asian is like 6%; AA bringing school diversity closer in line with actual population demographics is not the reverse racism you pretend it is.
The vehicle index of parts and location of build for the Jeep are pretty “US”.
When you then look at how much money is actually being shipped back to Stellantis per unit, its not that much; corporate structures mean that most of the Jeep brand profitability are plowed back into US operations.
People throwing things on stage or behaving badly towards/around celebs isn’t new but I wonder if the parasocial nature of social media has fans feeling more of a right to the interaction that in the past?
Agreed. I don’t think most people are “pro” abortion in the way they are “pro” a sports team (could be wrong of course). Anecdotally, the pro-choice people I know (myself included) are supporters of the societal, humanistic necessity and the civil obligation to allow a person to consult with their doctor on a medical…
