Zarya is a character in a completely fantasy setting with a very unrealistic, if not non-existent body type. You really thing a Viking woman would have a body like Dwayne Johnson? Come on man. The body types for both characters are fairly accurate for the time periods.

And they should. A couple of kids in New Zealand or Australia had names like Bus Shelter Number 9 (where the kid was conceived) and Tallulah Does the Hula in Hawaii.” According to the judge, who legally changed their names when they were minors, one of these kids got panic attacks every time someone asked for her

I don’t think it’s a mistake that The Simpson’s glory days were when the world was barely online, snark was more private, and episodes could build off the legacy of traditional family sitcoms and 20th century pop culture.

HR doesn’t exist to protect you from the company, it exists to protect the company from you. To them you are a liability or an enemy.

In my experience, the people in power have egos as fragile as egg shells and cannot take any kind of criticism, regardless of how constructive it may be.

Show of hands...

If you had the personal email/phone number of your company’s CEO, someone who is one of the most powerful people in their entire industry, who could end your entire career without a second thought if you rubbed them the wrong way...would you contact them, for any reason?

Honestly, if things are so bad

(I’m writing this comment with the assumption that the Chinese government had something to do with this. I don’t know if it actually did or not, but this comment applies to censorship by authoritarian governments in general.)

At this point this is the equivalent of banning markers because you can write a sign that supports Hong Kong.

“In our hyper-connected capitalist world, especially right now, productivity in general—not just in Animal Crossing—can be performative. We equate productivity with worth and meaning because it’s what we’ve been primed to do.”

My new norm:

That’s a nice sentiment, but in practice it means there is 3x times the amount of “denial” abilities going on at any given time because so many characters have them. And they take a long time to clear too. Just look at this clip I just took watching a stream. Too many smokescreens and walls!

I’ve seen games made by graduate game dev program teams that looks better and play more consistently. If this were made by anyone other than Riot, it wouldn’t even be getting the time of day.

I have a real problem with the sheer amount of hero abilities that boil down to different shades of a spherical smokescreen, a wall, or a hazardous spill. Like it all boils down to area denial, visibility denial, or both. It’s a big bummer that instead of enabling more gameplay opportunities most abilities focus on

I don’t get it. What exactly is sexy about a younger Ana in a Ghillie suit?

Honestly. I'm really happy CDPR is on board with this because I have a PS4 and I pre-ordered Cyberpunk for it, but idk when I'll be able to get a PS5. If the PS4 version is not so great, and I can't get a PS5, I don't need to worry about buying any new hardware. I can just buy it on steam and have the best version of

Last week, director of The Long Dark, Raphael van Lierop, wrote on Twitter that Nvidia never asked permission to stream the game on its service. “Please take your complaints to them, not us. Devs should control where their games exist.”

Publishers want something for nothing.

Specifically, because your friend is not a business, and is not using their goods to turn a profit.

I guess they’ll want to squeeze LG for money when I use a steam link to play on my TV next.

Maybe someone can explain to me why these publishers can actually do this.
