A very simple way to make player encounter possible in a near infinite universe would be to stay in local mode, register / send each player coordinates to server, and whenever two or more coordinates are inbound they create an online instance.

The whole album felt like an invitation to watch the earth from the moon, then being slowly crushed by a thousand stars.
Let’s be pragmatical a bit : It’s a 20 people studio. By reading that, and considering the ambition for what to release, I already knew how much crap would have to be cut from gameplay “rumors”.
One thing Kotaku also has among others : a soul.

A sharp name.
When doping gets outta hand.
A 3rd person POV would still be great tho :)
Oh my gosh this awesome, thank you !
Please tell me that it will support Oculus/Vive :’(
As a sea diving enthusiast, I could spend hours and hours simulating the vastness of depths ... This game’s graphics, gamedesign, and theme is a beg for VR.
From what I see they’re all system mechanics changes, more like knobs pushed in further directions. If this all works bug free, considering their amount and their criticity, I can safely tell that Hello Games do have excellent code architects.
While Legion’s execution seems really impeccable, I still feel they need to refresh the core after this xPac to avoid further sub dumps. I mean, the content quality is keeping up with years, combat depth & mechanics are cleverly ramping up, but the way we interact with the world is still the same as 10 years ago. This…
The amount of real-life wise people is very tiny then ;)
Roadhog is Australian, Junkrat too ^^ They came from the same radioactive junkyard caused by the destruction of an Omnic factory during the Omnic war (Omnics are the androids looking like Zenyatta. They first were made as human support, then became self aware and basically went full Skynet. The one we witness being…
For the heal and cover part, Ana has the same, but Zen loses his orb after 3 sec of loss of sight (which traduces to 90 healing points theorically while being safe, as he’s 30 hps). Ana’s stuck with 80 for each shot, but has a higher window of reapply (Zen cannot boost his hps by reapplying an orb under 3 sec). All…
I misregarded the multiplier :o
Well for the minute math, I just took into account the 10 cd that triggers once biotic grenade is off : 500 healing points / 15 sec + 75 hps (need to recheck)
That’s true ! I did not imply of course that she was the best healer, just that she was relevant enough to be a valid competitive choice :) (In term of potential though, she has the highest hps)
She actually has the highest healing potential of all supports.
75 HP / shot, 1 shot / sec. 75 HPs
She will be as competitively popular as every crowd control class in every Blizzard game : which means very ;)
That was an awesome conversation. Felt like chit chatting in a sofa next to Jeff and Nathan.
