nvidia 780 can display 4k res indeed (checked on the site, where they warn about displayport).
Beware of the input though ! I nearly made the terrible 4000$ mistake of buying one recently, only to be saved by some basic compatibility checks : 4K will only output 30 Hz (or 30 fps) on HDMI. In order to support 60Hz on full resolution, the TV has to support DisplayPort. There's only one 4K that is supporting…

while i do agree that anonymity is the major part of the problem, have you seen comments on sites like 9gag, where you have to log with your Facebook acount (therefore your real name/profile) ? Some people have been absolute dicks in some comments, uncaring to be exposed.
