I still prefer a (mostly) Paragon Shepard over a Renegade because, tbh, the Renegade doesn't come across as a "loose cannon who gets results" so much as a "massive space douchebag."

I get the impression that Pearl's romantic feelings toward Rose were one-sided, though Rose obviously cared for her a great deal.
