Yeah, it’s Denzel’s fault that you’re such a terrible interviewer, Katie.

She’s an idiot, although I do think that Denzel is one of those kind of people who just want’s to do his job and be more or less left alone. He doesn’t or hasn’t struck me as the kind of person in it for the fame. He’s not in the news or gossip column type stuff or posing for paparazzi’s all the time.

I think a lot a white women probably feel this way about Denzel because he doesn’t fall at their feet like so many of our men do.

“Denzel—are you—do you feel—you know some people say Hollywood folks should stick to acting,” Couric asked.

Sorry, I only remember two things from 2004, I bought my Jeep, and I adopted a cat. Both of those significant emotional events are locked into my memory.

so stoked to see him playing Macbeth

HEY THAT BLACK GUY IS PROBABY MORE DANGEROUS THAN THE RAPE BUTTON GUY MATT LAUER

Now Im the first person who would say, people should not look towards celebrity for opinion, politics or advice. But this is really bad, like:

I got the same vibe.

How DARE Denzel not be willing to engage with her media pablum!

This lady is weird. She was all but ready to throw her panties and Lil’ Wayne during his interview and palled around with a certified sexual harasser and creep for years, but this rattled her?

If Bradley Cooper responded the same way she wouldn’t have been “shaken” that’s just how it is when you’re black. They respond differently to us. It’s the same reason white cops perceive us as a threat but white people doing the same thing are not. And let me be clear, do I think Katie Couric is a racist? No, I do

“Denzel—are you—do you feel—you know some people say Hollywood folks should stick to acting,” Couric asked”

Katie told this story in April 2020 and Twitter appropriately roasted her at the time. While it is certainly some white lady nonsense, it is not “the second time in two weeks” anything.

There are things called “coincidences” that happen sometimes. But the human mind tends to see patterns, even when there are none. That’s probably the case here. I’d let it go.

Katie dialing 91 on her phone, just in case.

Someone should hand him a resignation letter and see if he signs that without reading it.

I supposed they put the law to lessen the penalty, in place after realizing that many of their own voters were the ones committing voter fraud... but then realized they could make new laws that would not only disenfranchise minorities, but also if those outside of their base was clueless to these laws, could set them

they pay people to write their legislation. they don’t even read it. all hail the mighty state.

That is such a travesty of justice to sentence someone to 5 years for casting a vote.
