That is an awesome sign and slogan.
That is an awesome sign and slogan.
I just feel really, truly bad about Cory. He seemed to be such a truly nice person who was really trying to get away from his demons. I can't imagine how his family, Lea, and his friends and coworkers feel.
This is just so sad. That's really all there is to it.
That's awesome. Not the fact that they're being sexist asshats, but that these women they're putting down apparently burned their asses in their own game.
I think the point was less about making them instead of Superman and Spider-man, but more about how that even when previous movies in both of these franchises failed badly, no one said, "Well, Superman just doesn't sell anymore". They still decide to put a ton of money into making a new one. When a bad female…
This is what I keep coming down to. I though that was how escorts (legally) work.
I feel weird. I prefer to make my own sandwiches, unless I'm buying one, because no one else makes them the way I like them.
I'm not hating the Tyrells, but I don't feel that I really know them, yet. They seem mostly honorable, but also flexible. But I'm not sure how much I'm supposed to trust them. Still, way better than most of the Lannisters.
This is where I am with Cat. She's not perfect(kidnapping Tyrion was easily her worst decision and her least thought out), but she's seemed fairly pragmatic, as long as her family wasn't in immediate danger. She's given limited power and influence and tried her damnedest to do what she could with it. Had Robb followed…
I'm one of those "will never eat bug tacos"-people, and even I'm not bothered by cochineal.
God, seriously. I don't harass vegetarians, or vegans(although I don't get this one), or bug-eaters or people who don't like chocolate(although I don't get his one, either). So, please leave me alone because I won't eat bugs. I also don't eat raw mushrooms or animal brains. Stop trying to make me feel guilty about not…
Yeah, I totally felt for her in the show, but that makes her decision almost logical.
Oh, Cat was rash with Jamie, but I thought that was the most understandable stupid action. She wanted to save her daughters more than she wanted to win the war.
Yeah, that motivation is much better. In the show it was both stupid and non honorable, at least in the book it was just stupid.
Well, I don't really know what "nerd chic" is, but I'm loving the movies and shows. There are now enough that I can actually be picky about which ones I see. It's not like there aren't other things available for non-geeky people.
Ugh. Why are tumblr fans so weird. I've seen more gross comments come out there than anywhere but youtube(which is always the worst).
I've never read the books, and I, in this case especially, sympathize way more with Cat. The only time she wasn't particularly pragmatic was letting Jamie go(to try to understandably save her daughters), but she had given consistently good advice that Robb has ignored just as consistently. Not that I dislike Robb, but…
Except marrying Talisa was pretty much the reason he got himself, his wife, and his mother slaughtered. He should have at least held off until he defeated Tywin and got himself in a better position in the war and in general.
I thought it was pretty well documented that several US evangelical groups have been going in to places like Uganda(I'm not sure about Nigeria, although I wouldn't be surprised) and doing some hard-core anti-gay evangelism. It would account for younger people being more anti-gay than the older generation.
Totally got a chuckle out of me.
